Associate Broker with Silvercreek Realty Group and Certified Military Relocation Specialist - based in Mountain Home serving the Great State of Idaho
Helping people achieve their home purchasing and selling goals is one of my favorite things about being a Realtor. It is such an honor to be a part of the personal process of buying/selling a home for my clients; especially first time home buyers!
Idaho’s steady climate, the mix of mountain regions and the great people are just a few things I love best about Idaho! Now, with the growth spurt Idaho has been experiencing these past couple of years, it is finally getting Idaho recognized for the great state that it has always been.
I strive for excellence by staying true to great work ethics inherited from my parents. I bring those values every time I interact with my clients. I imagine placing the folks I’m working with in the category of “family” so that I’m remembered for that personal touch that not only offers a smooth buying/selling process but also creates repeat clients. You know you have succeeded when a former client calls you back to take care of their real estate needs once again. Best compliment a Realtor can get.
The Staging Process
(STAGING INCLUDED IN SELLER COMMISSION)
-
Assessment
I will visit the home to determine the best use and placement of furniture and accessory pieces.
-
Consultation
After assessment, I will go over the design plan with the client which will include estimated cost. IF THE CLIENT IS THE SELLER AND I AM YOUR LISTING AGENT, ALL STAGING IS INCLUDED IN THE LISTNG COMMISSION AS CONTRACTED.
-
Staging
I will explain to the client when the actual staging will begin and will be completed. Staging can only be done on homes that are vacant. If homes are occupied, I can assist in placing homeowner’s items.

Benefits of Home Staging.
Staging your home has significant positive effects on the selling process including the length of time your home remains on the market and the value of which it may sell for. A professionally staged home spends 73% less time on the market compared to those without staging. Source: NAR 2022
